How do I order my limited edition art from ARTKAIA?
First of all thank you so much for your interest in our photography. We believe these beautiful prints should be tailored to your wishes so once you have selected the print you are interested in, we will ask you to fill out the contact form and we will respond by giving you the different sizes, and framing options available. We are absolutely flexible with regards to your requirements and will do our utmost to reply precisely to your every need whether it may be format or finish options. Once the details are confirmed and payment is made we will start production of your custom limited edition art piece.
What are the payment options?
We accept all bank transfers and Revolut banking "Instant Transfers" as well as major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other platforms.
Does ARTKAIA Photography offer framing services?
Yes! ARTKAIA (AK Photography) offers custom framing services to ensure your print is displayed beautifully and securely as standard. Please contact us for more information.
Is ARTKAIA's artwork limited edition?
Yes, all of ARTKAIA's artwork is limited edition. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity so you can be sure you are getting the highest quality artwork.
What do I get with my order from ARTKAIA?
With your order from ARTKAIA, you will receive your framed fine art print with the artist's signature and references for the limited edition you have purchased on the back of the print, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity related to your purchase.
What is your return policy?
We have a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of receipt, please get in touch via our support section of the website clearly stating your order number and full name. The price of return is at your charge. Upon return of the article and inspection, the price of the purchase with be returned within 15 days. My purchase was damaged during transport and / or presents a defect?
First of all, our artwork goes through a stringent process of quality control before it is shipped to you, however in the unlikely event your print presents a defect please get in touch via the support page within a reasonable time of identifying the issue stating the order number and explaining the defect you are presented with. We will get back to at the soonest to resolve the issue.
Our customers satfication is extremely important to us.

If your article arrives damaged due to transport and the package presents noticible damage please take photos and notify the courrier before accepting the delivery. Contact us via the support page including your order number and we will replace the article within the best timeframe.
Do you offer gift cards?
At the present time we do not offer gift cards. This may be something we will address in the future though and we will keep you posted.
